Matthew Kennedy
Founder / Managing director
Before founding Harken Homes, Matthew served in the British Army as an aeronautical engineer. During his six-year career, he supported operations both in the UK and overseas — including engineering work across Europe and USA — an experience that taught him the importance of structure, clarity, and high standards.
After leaving the military, he continued working internationally within the aeronautical sector before moving into property.
That background shapes how Harken Homes operates today: clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and a deep respect for people’s time and trust.
Matthew teamed up with a partner who brings over 14 years of estate agency and lettings experience.
Together, they’ve built an agency designed to do things differently — one that sellers can actually rely on.
